RMA REQUEST
- If the product is defective a credit note or a replacement will be sent.
- If the product is functional a 25% handling fee will be applied, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Evernex Eshop is a business-to-business marketplace. You can order from the website only if you are a registered company with a VAT number.
A refurbished product is a product that has already had its first life, has been fully checked and refurbished by an expert. Each device is meticulously tested, repaired, and cleaned before being sold, most of our products are coming with a 1-year warranty.
The 1 year warranty is here to ensure the customer has a working product once delivered. If it’s not the case, feel free to contact our RMA team.
Once an order is placed, you should receive it in less than 48h unless specified by our sales team.
