RMA REQUEST

In case you require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please contact our teams at eshop-evernex@evernex.com.
Please note that an RMA number is required before returning your order, the RMA number will be given by EVERNEX when the return is approved. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the package.

Once the return arrives at EVERNEX, our expert team will test the product and advice.
  1. If the product is defective a credit note or a replacement will be sent.
  2. If the product is functional a 25% handling fee will be applied, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Please note that if you need any advice on packing and shipping your product, feel free to contact us before shipping it.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Evernex are supplied with one-year warranty from date of order.
Defect products will be replaced on a best effort basis. In the eventuality that a replacement part is not available, the defect product will be credited.

Who can buy on Evernex Eshop?

Evernex Eshop is a business-to-business marketplace. You can order from the website only if you are a registered company with a VAT number.

Refurbished IT ? What is it about ?

A refurbished product is a product that has already had its first life, has been fully checked and refurbished by an expert. Each device is meticulously tested, repaired, and cleaned before being sold, most of our products are coming with a 1-year warranty.

What’s included in the 1 year warranty ?

The 1 year warranty is here to ensure the customer has a working product once delivered. If it’s not the case, feel free to contact our RMA team.

When should I receive my order?

Once an order is placed, you should receive it in less than 48h unless specified by our sales team.

What can I do if my product is defective?

If your product is still under the 1 year warranty you can contact our RMA team at RMA_admin@evernex.com and follow the RMA process, available here

If it’s not under warranty anymore, we will invite you to contact our sales team at  eshop-evernex@evernex.com
